Develop the annual brand plans, above the line (including digital and social media) and below the line consumer and trade programs
Execute effective marketing programs via collaboration with key business partners including, but not limited to brand owners, agencies, sales, and other multi-functional departments
Ensure brand activities are in line with global brand strategy and guidelines
Coordinate with global team on a regular basis: keep them updated on US brand plans/ programs, ensure full leverage of global initiatives
Market Analysis
Lead the analysis and reporting of brand performance, market, competitor and consumer trends to identify salient business issues/opportunities, working with divisional sales/marketing teams as necessary
Marketing Budget
Manage brand budgets keeping A&P spend within established limits while performing analysis to insure expenditures meet KPIs

Experience:
10+ of solid experience in brand management, including strategic planning and developing brand building activities
Skills:
Fundamentals of marketing and experience working in the spirits industry
Education and Languages:
Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
