Reporting to the HRD group
In charge of all Recruitments groupwise (France / Belgium / Germany / Netherlands) with a big Focus on HQ and support to operations, of Campus Management and mobility process. Actively contribute to HR communication.
Main missions
1. Talents acquisition
- Responsible for of all the recruitments policy for the group
- Coordinated and conformity with the Group’s policy (budgets, employee conditions etc.)
- Managing the recruitment team in handling a high volume of vacancies
- Manage directly high level or high sensitive’s recruitments – Driving recruitment projects with operations
- Define tools and the strategy to recruit on country level
- Advisory role concerning recruitment to harmonize with the policy on Group level
- Reporting and analysing of KPI’s
- Responsible for the recruitment budget Groupwise
- Recruitment experience: Ensure that both candidates and hiring managers receive an excellent experience throughout the recruitment process
- Define and drive the mobility policy Group wise
2. Campus management
- In charge to build and develop schools’ relationships/partnerships
3. Head-hunters management
- In charge to manage head-hunters / agencies (choice, follow up, budget, etc.)
4. Management
- Management of the Recruitment team (9)
5. Contribution and deployment of the employer branding approach
